J After Dark is a non-explicit editorial magazine reviewing products for adults. Public articles are free. The current version has no active registration, membership, payment processing or giveaway. Visitors may voluntarily contact the editorial team by email.

Privacy and personal data

The magazine operator is the data controller. Full identification and contact details are available on the Operator page. For questions or rights requests, write to jafterdark.media@gmail.com.

Email correspondence

When you contact us, we process your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments to respond and handle your request. Routine enquiries are based on our legitimate interest in communicating with readers and business contacts (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); negotiations at your request and contract performance are based on Article 6(1)(b).

We retain routine correspondence while handling it and for no more than 12 months after the last communication. Data needed for a contractual relationship, legal obligations or a specific legal claim is kept for as long as necessary for that purpose. Providing data is voluntary; without a contact address we cannot reply. Please do not send identity documents, health information or intimate photographs.

Service providers

We use Gmail, provided by Google. Message delivery and storage therefore also involve processing by the email provider, potentially in countries outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s privacy policy for details and transfer safeguards. We do not publish your messages or use your contact details for unsolicited newsletters.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence. We do not conduct automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and external links

The current website does not store cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. It has no analytics or advertising scripts, external fonts or embedded social-media players. The 18+ confirmation and language selection are not stored persistently.

Fansly and Clips4Sale open only when you follow a link. These separate services have their own rules, privacy policies and payment terms. Visiting the magazine alone does not load embedded content from those platforms.

Hosting is provided by Hostinger. The server automatically logs the IP address, request time and path, HTTP method and status, browser and device details (User-Agent), country, transfer size and processing time. These data support operational monitoring, security and troubleshooting. When a CDN is used, a proxy address may appear instead of the visitor’s address. Access logs are available in hPanel for up to the preceding seven days; this does not confirm deletion of all server logs after seven days. The provider has not confirmed the exact retention period for all internal logs. When PHP logging is enabled, error logs may contain timestamps, error messages and any personal data logged by the application; a fixed retention period has not been confirmed.

J After Dark is a free editorial magazine intended for adults aged 18 and over. This website does not sell goods or subscriptions, accept payments or provide reader accounts. The 18+ entrance confirmation is a visitor declaration, not identity or age verification.

Reviews describe experience with a particular product. They do not replace manufacturer instructions, medical advice or an individual assessment of suitability. Prices and availability may have changed since publication. Please report errors or correction requests by email.

Texts and photographs may be protected by copyright. Obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission for reuse beyond statutory permissions. Links to our articles are welcome. Any purchases or subscriptions on linked platforms take place outside this magazine.

Advertising, partnerships and reviews

Reviews disclose whether products were personally purchased, loaned or supplied by a partner. Advertising and affiliate links will be labelled. Partners cannot dictate review scores; commercial relationships remain separate from editorial opinion.
